Andover Wellness Group helps employers promote wellness in the workplace and among other things provides on-site corporate flu clinics.

We conduct on-site clinics for the flu vaccination and other wellness related programs such as health risk assessments, body fat analysis, blood pressure and cholesterol checks to:
- Corporations and their employees
- Law firms and Associations
- Property management firms
- Retail locations, Fitness Centers and their customers
- Physicians offices and their patients
- Senior living facilities, their residents and family members
- Schools, colleges and universities
- Churches, synagogues and other faith based organizations
- Community events such as fall festivals and farmers markets
Flu clinics can be hosted anytime in the fall or early winter. Mid-September through November is the optimal time to vaccinate against the flu. Of course, we can work with you to find a date that works best for your firm.
The nurses who administer the vaccine work under the authority of our medical director. Our staff will come to your workplace on the day of the clinic with the vaccine and other ancillary supplies. We only use preservative-free vaccines. Clinics can be set up in a common area within the terminal and also, a nurse can walk around to individual desks/offices. We can accommodate whichever works best for you with the least disruption to your workday and the most convenience to your clients.
Each nurse can vaccinate about 15 people per hour. Depending on the size of your firm, we could send either one nurse or multiple. The cost of the flu shot is volume dependent, between $25 and $30 per person, plus the cost of the nurse ($50 per hour). We can waive the nurse’s fee if more than 40 people are vaccinated. Share the cost with your clients or cover the cost of your employees through payroll deductions. We have found if the employer pays for the shots, there is a much better turnout.
A couple weeks prior to the event, we send promotional and educational material and posters, along with immunization consent forms. Having the forms in advance makes the clinic more efficient, but the nurses will also have forms on the day of the clinic.
